DID YOU KNOW YOU HAVE JUST 3 YEARS TO MAKE A CLAIM?

If you have been injured in an accident that wasn't your fault, either at work, ina road traffic accident, in a public place, or through medical negligence, then you may be considering making a claim for compensation.
DON'T WAIT TOO LONG!
The general rule for any adults is that YOU HAVE THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE INCIDENT (or the date you had enough knowledge to consider making a claim) to bring about a claim, otherwise you are prevented in law from doing so.
Worth pointing out that delays due to Covid are not a viable exemption.

We understand that people may be unaware that there is a deadline in relation to bringing about compensation claims for Personal Injury Claims. So it is important that clients’ realise they really do have to get in touch with us sooner rather than later if they are injured in an accident that wasn’t their fault. The last thing anyone wants is to have a potentially successful claim that cannot legally be processed purely based on an un-necessary delay. We want to be able to help them, but can only do so within the legal constraints, one of which is time.
